30-Day Return Window
You may return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Products must be in original packaging with all tags attached.
Eligible Returns
- Unused sofa covers, chair covers, and mattress protectors in original packaging
- Products with manufacturing defects or damage during shipping
- Wrong items delivered
Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been washed or used
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Custom or personalized orders
How to Return
Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions and arrange pickup if applicable.
Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer.
Exchanges
We gladly exchange items for different sizes or colors subject to availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
