These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of QUEENS SOCIETY. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.
- Products
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time. Product images are for illustration purposes; actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.
- Pricing
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
- Orders & Payment
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. Orders are confirmed via WhatsApp or SMS after placement. Please open and inspect your order in front of the delivery rider before making payment.
- Shipping
We offer FREE delivery nationwide across Pakistan. Delivery timelines are 2–4 business days for major cities and 3–6 business days for other areas. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Returns & Refunds
We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Return shipping is free for defective or wrong items; customers pay for change-of-mind returns.
- Intellectual Property
All content on this website including images, text, and logos is the property of QUEENS SOCIETY and may not be used without written permission.
- Limitation of Liability
QUEENS SOCIETY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
