REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

At QUEENS SOCIETY, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. There is a 1-2% chance of human error when dealing with hundreds of orders, but don't worry – we have a comprehensive policy to protect you.

Return Window You can request a replacement, adjustment, or refund within 15 days after your parcel has arrived.

How to Request a Return

  2. Provide your order number and photos showing the issue
  3. We will review your request within 24-48 hours
  4. Once approved, we'll provide return instructions or arrange a replacement

Eligible for Return/Refund:

  • Defective or damaged products
  • Wrong item, color, or size shipped
  • Products that don't match the description
  • Manufacturing defects

Return Conditions:

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • All tags and labels must be attached
  • Custom-sized items are not eligible for return unless defective

Shipping Costs:

  • Defective/wrong items: We cover return shipping
  • Change of mind: Customer pays return shipping

Refund Processing:

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
  • Online payment: Refunded to original payment method
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Bank transfer (please provide account details)

Exchanges: We offer free size or color exchanges subject to stock availability.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Products that have been used, washed, or installed
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
