REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
At QUEENS SOCIETY, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. There is a 1-2% chance of human error when dealing with hundreds of orders, but don't worry – we have a comprehensive policy to protect you.
Return Window You can request a replacement, adjustment, or refund within 15 days after your parcel has arrived.
How to Request a Return

- Provide your order number and photos showing the issue
- We will review your request within 24-48 hours
- Once approved, we'll provide return instructions or arrange a replacement
Eligible for Return/Refund:
- Defective or damaged products
- Wrong item, color, or size shipped
- Products that don't match the description
- Manufacturing defects
Return Conditions:
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
- All tags and labels must be attached
- Custom-sized items are not eligible for return unless defective
Shipping Costs:
- Defective/wrong items: We cover return shipping
- Change of mind: Customer pays return shipping
Refund Processing:
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
- Online payment: Refunded to original payment method
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Bank transfer (please provide account details)
Exchanges: We offer free size or color exchanges subject to stock availability.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Products that have been used, washed, or installed
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
